7 SIMPLE STEPS TO BE MORE HAPPY 


Happiness is not a state that you necessarily reach with money, many people of high society can lead a comfortable life with luxuries but they are not happy, happiness can’t be bought but you can implement some techniques and habits that will change your state of mind.
Here are some of these techniques:

1. Practice exercise
Physical activity is a great antidepressant, although sometimes tedious, exercise before starting the day or after a long day of work will make you feel much better.

2. Don’t be obsessive
There are many things we can’t fix, try not to control every detail of your life or your work, relax, try to deal with the frustration of not seeing immediate results, happiness is not something you get as a product, you will reach it by changing your lifestyle.

3. Be grateful

Being pessimistic will not get you anywhere, focus on the good aspects of your life and be grateful for everything you have.



4. Do what you propose
Write down weekly goals and make sure you fulfill them; you will feel more satisfaction knowing you did something that you had proposed.


5. Laugh
Laugh a lot at least once a day, spend some time on a web page that tells jokes, or watch funny videos, laughter helps to release tension.

6. Eat Healthier
A balanced diet will keep you healthy, avoid excessive fast food, flour, sugar, eat more vegetables, fruits and drink water regularly every day.

7. Have more confidence in yourself

Helps improve your self-esteem, speak your mind (always with property) do not keep silent or hold in silence what people say or do to you.
